Thank you for choosing Bici1es! We are committed to offering high-quality bicycles and bike parts, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
